It’s always great when we get to welcome guests to Salem, and in April two of our friends from Almaty came by. The former lead singers of the popular Almaty groups “Skillz Band” and “Remark” held a bit of a concert in the Salem Social Cafe. Together, Amal and Ruslan now form a duo called “Synthbat”, although they have previously worked in the charitable sector too, so understand our objectives here at Salem.
These young talented guys came to perform for a birthday party for one of the members of our social club for people with disabilities, “World Without Limits”, and inspired everyone with some great tunes!
