Good traditions

In December, Salem Social Cafe at the Social Village hosted a great event!

As is now an annual tradition, Salem hosted a bit of a party to draw attention to two key dates: the International Day of People with Disabilities, 3rd December, and the sincere thanks that need to be said on the International Volunteer Day, 5th December.

The event had a great atmosphere of sincere heart-felt interaction and fun between old friends at the Social Village, with the local TV channel TVK also present to record the celebrations.

The music was provided by the local group who call themselves the Night Music Band, with another great playlist which the young people from the World Without Limits social club loved, before the Salem staff awarded various volunteers with volunteer badges.

There were also separate thank yous for local photographer Alexander Dyomin, who supported the event as a charitable initiative, as well as the staff of the local company ‘Inva-Taxi’, which regularly provides transport in their special adapted vehicles for members of the World Without Limits social club, so that they can get to Salem.
