You may remember the story recently about the donation of surplus unsold clothing made to us by a local retailer. In November, we were able to distribute the quality modern items from DeFacto to 11 families in varying situations of significant need.
These included children from significantly disadvantaged low-income families, young people leaving orphanages, people with disabilities – in total 34 people received warm winter coats, cardigans, shoes, shirts, t-shirts, trousers, hats and many other items donated by the well known brand.
The recipients were really pleased and sincerely grateful. And we want to say again an enormous thank you to the local philanthropic businessmen who made it possible!
